x axis: 3,5,7,9,... (standing for best of 'x' games)
y axis: probability of a worse player (with say 45% probability to win one game) to win a best of 'x'?:-) That would be more relevant to my point.

I know I am spoiling fun for other non-Zahir players, but what can I do if I want to place well in the tournament? Do I really have to be ashamed of myself? I dont think so. If you went to a car race with a bycicle, you can't really complain that the others beat you.

I agree, its not your fault, the developers however... Should never let the balance get this bad.

I believe truly that these yellow abusers don't know how overpowered Zahir really is. :!: You can play against them without making any mistakes, having good cards and you are still losing although they're playing fair to middling...

Blanket statement like your last paragraph aren't very fair, anyone can play against anyone and not make mistakes yet lose. In some situations you can play perfect and lose because you did not go first. Sometimes you will get a lucky starting hand, other times you might not have a card that you can cast in your opening hand. There can be times when all of your removal is in the last couple of cards, and other times you can get flooded with weenies when you need some midsize/big units. Other times these can happen to your opponent and that's the nature of a randomized deck. The ability to redraw starting hands would alleviate some of these but many of these problems are just the nature of card games.

Not sure on the other players listed but I play other colors as well, it just happens to be that yellow and blue have my favorite mechanics. Have you ever played a multi colored control deck in Vintage MTG? That was my favorite deck and yellow plays similarly. Blue plays like a Mishra's Workshop artifact control deck, my second favorite archetype. My mistakes combined with my frequent losses from game crashes / timeouts will definitely move me down. My preferred deck was blue before the Domo nerf / introduction of Doll, got bored with red, and have never cared for the playstyle of green (weenies + pumps = yawn). I played all of the colors at times while leveling to 50 in single player before I set foot in the online player vs player. Looking back I bet a lot of my bad habits and sloppy play come from playing so much no-stakes single player against a brain dead cpu opponent ;-) I think I played my first online match less than a month ago.

I don't believe that I have ever played against you unless you play under other accounts than your forum nickname. I will be the first to admit that I am not an elite player, I make too many mental mistakes because I need to focus and not play while doing other stuff. Many times I make a move and as the moving animation is happening I see that I made an incorrect move. Occasionally you will see me do a really head scratching move, what you don't hear is me cussing because a unit was accidentally dragged because I wasn't being careful. My deck building skills need some work too since I frequently go a couple of cards over 30. Regardless I am better at theorizing vs playing and I won't be upset when I eventually move out of the top 50 since my enjoyment from the game comes from playing a good game vs a strong opponent even if I lose. For instance I lost 3 games in a late last night against Void and was content: 1 was due to a poor start plus strong play from my opponent, another was a stalemate due to not going first, and the last was because of not adapting to my opponents deck (inexcusable at this point since I had already seen his deck twice + his draw package of Jeweled Idol was much stronger than mine).

Yes I loved this deck. In retrospect I think it was actually incredibly over powered but there was so few of us playing it in a time when Vril dominated that it went under the radar.

Ps: The reason why I am getting into a fuss is that the Zahir player have to understand that they spoil the enjoyment of all non yellow players who always lose heavily without being able to do something against them except for switching to yellow or quitting Cabals.

I made i lot of mistakes, i know. In fact, i'm not a real yellow player, i don't even like it. I used to play Danann.
To be honest, i also played a lot for the tournament even when i wasn't in the right psychical condition. I don't want to justify myself, perhaps i'm not even a good player, i'm just trying to explain that in this tournament number of plays were more important than "quality" of playing. IF YOU USED YELLOW
The solution for that is doing a different kind of tournament, elimination.

And using yellow vs non-yellow right now is like cheating, I know, cause you win even if you play random cards and do random movements (there are exceptions also, like yuritherussian). But than? Why i have to be called an ABUSER? I'm not exploiting any bug. What's the difference between a normal yellow player and a yellow abuser? I wanna know.
I just decided to start playing zahir to be competitive, is it unfair? I don't take any money for doing that, it's a choice. And i want a balancement in this game just like you, so that i can return back to green, but until then... i'll play yellow.
Hope my english is understandable.
